Maxer
I am always texting or e-mailing quick shots of Libby. I don't know if it's because Max is at school all day or if she is just a more willing participant in pictures, maybe a little of both. However, Scott's grandfather told me the other day that he wanted to see some pictures of Max too. So...here ya go Pop-Pop!!

Leaves
These were taken over Fall Break in KY while visiting grandparents. We don't have a lot of trees in our yard, so they were excited to play in the leaves at Bop and Nana's.

First Kindergarten Field Trip
This past week I was lucky enough to be able to go with Max and his class on his first field trip to Inniswood Metro Park in Westerville, OH. It was a lot of fun to spend time with Max with his school friends, I love watching them all interact. He is really enjoying Kindergarten and the friends he has made there.

My little buddy!
I took my sweet little Libby with me to get our nails done this week. I wasn't sure if she would really want them to paint her tiny fingers, but as soon as we walked in she was eager to pick out a color. As I was getting a pedicure she sat in the chair beside me like she had done it every day of her life. We had so much fun and she was extremely pleased with her sparkly nails!!

Kindergarten
Today Max started his first day of Kindergarten. His school is doing a "gentle start" so he won't have a full day until next Tuesday. But today was the first and he was very excited! Not too excited about the belt that his school makes them wear with the uniforms, he doesn't really love that.

Shopping & Sprinklers
One of our favorite spots in Columbus is Easton Town Center. It's built like a traditional American Main Street (however, I don't how traditional the Cheesecake Factory and Crate & Barrel are), with metered storefront parking, public fountains, etc. It's very, very cute and generally very CROWDED! We got lucky this particular day, we were the first ones at the fountain area. Max had so much fun splashing in the water, especially after an "older girl" (6) showed up and started playing with him. Libby is not all that fond of sprinkler type things, so she spent her morning sulking and then collecting sticks which she insisted on bringing to lunch and then home in the car.

| Not sure why she needed the towel, she never got wet... |
