I hated to cut Max's big curl this morning, but the time had come! The back of his hair was starting to resemble Don King :-)

What a big boy! That's such a big milestone. I know it must have been tough for you.
how cute! it's a big deal cutting that hair the first time...i saved a piece of grace's:) i know she'll think i'm creepy one day for it!!!
